Mafias no longer have an international mark. Cartels and terrorist groups > Mafias. Mafias are generally seen as a bad thing, but done right it can teach members strength, great social skills, make business connections early on, and have a strong father figure that might not be present otherwise. Because of that, Mafia > gangs.
